Our SMS service stopped working between 2 to 3 UTC. This has prevented users that from signing in using the SMS 2fa method. Our country permissions were disabled for some unknown reason. Our initial investigation shows that the issue was not caused by a human error, but our SMS vendor Twillo is still investigating the root cause of the issue and we are monitoring the 2fa SMS requests.
